Product Application

A two-component high-temperature adhesive based on epoxy resin, primarily suitable for bonding heat-resistant metals and ceramics. It has a working temperature range of -50 to +180°C and can briefly withstand temperatures of up to +250°C. Mainly used for bonding high-temperature components such as metal to metal, ceramic to metal, and ceramic to ceramic.

Usage Method

Clean the working surface: Ensure the material surface is clean, free from oil and dust.

Mixing ratio: Follow the ratio specified on the adhesive packaging, and thoroughly mix components A and B in the specified proportion.

Mix and stir until thoroughly blended. Mixing time is typically 2-3 minutes, and avoid excessive air bubble formation during stirring.

Apply the mixed adhesive to the surfaces of the materials to be bonded.

Apply proper pressure to ensure the adhesive penetrates the materials thoroughly.

After bonding, the curing adhesive needs some time to set.

Tips

The curing speed changing with temperature is normal. Curing time will increase at lower temperatures and decrease at higher temperatures.

The usable time may vary with the amount mixed, and a larger amount mixed will result in a shorter usable time.

This product may cause mild irritation to the skin and eyes. In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. After skin contact, wash with soap and plenty of water.

Store in a cool, dry place, and keep the container tightly sealed.
